A CMS empowers an organisation to use the existing content publishing framework to become more flexible in creating, updating and publishing content online. It further ensures a consistent look-and-feel through its template driven online interface, ensuring content is presented in a uniform way and in line with a business’s corporate CI. The power of the CMS lies in the various preloaded modules that provide out-of-the-box functionality such as image galleries, article modules, forums, calendars, dynamic forms and other. This makes it extremely easy for a non-technical end user to continuously update the website without the need to specialised programming skills when working on the always accessible, online hosted CMS.
