a) Assisted Installation is aimed at the in-experienced user. Intdev applies and registers an ADSL line on the client’s behalf and Telkom converts the line from analogue to ADSL.
b) Self Install applies to the more experienced user, where the client applies and registers for his own ADSL line. Telkom then does the line conversion, and Intdev will provide telephonic assistance to the client.
c) Intdev Install is aimed at the user that does not want to wait. Intdev applies for and registers the ADSL line and we send a qualified technician that does the installation for you.
